Notes:

No. 12 from the series Fuji meisho sanjûrokkei (Thirty six views of Mount Fuji from famous places), passed for censorship in April 1858 but published posthumously by Tsutaya Kichizô in the following year. The blocks were engraved by Horichô. Hiroshige designed a similar view of cherry-blossom trees on the river bank at Koganei, with Fuji in the distance, as the Flowers print in a single sheet set of Snow, Moon and Flowers published in the late 1830s.
