The drawing, which shows a baby lying on its back, was identified by Anthony Blunt as a fragment cut from the same sheet as the Fitzwilliam drawing, No. 3097, verso. The red chalk line at the top of the drawing divides into two towards the left and these two correspond almost exactly to two lines on the Fitzwilliam drawing.
