Cottage among trees with a sandbank

The present drawing, which is in its original state came from a notebook, is nearly identical with an oil sketch in the Victoria and Albert Museum, which Reynolds dates c. 1830-36. The present watercolour in view of its loose handling and similarity must date from the same period.
