Notes:

The replica is of the pen and ink work, Surtees no. 118, now in the Fitzwilliam Museum (no. 1424), itself a replica of an earlier, lost drawing. Another replica (Surtees no 118 R2) is in the possession of S.C. Cockerell's grandson, E.W. Huddart.
