Description:

Band sampler, linen, embroidered with polychrome silks and linen thread in cross, double running, satin and needle lace stitches. The sampler comprises nine horizontal bands. The top three contain repeat border patterns, the fourth an alphabet, the fifth the name 'RebeKah TRION', bands 6 to 8 have cutwork squares with needle lace fillings and the bottom band contains an unfinished repeat of an all-over design.
